What do I do if my checked baggage has been lost?


If any of your baggage has gone missing, please report this immediately to our Lost & Found counter in the arrivals area of your destination airport.

During the first five days following the loss of your luggage, the airport to which you reported the loss is exclusively responsible for the search.

After this point, responsibility passes to our headquarters. In order to allow us to pursue the matter further, please send the following documents (originals only) by post to the address underneath:

 Booking code (confirmation number from the internet)
 Lost baggage report from the destination airport
 The contents form (BIF) given to you by the airport, which we need you to fill out in full and sign
 Your bank details (including IBAN and Swift code in the case of foreign banks)
 Your telephone number in case we have any further questions or need to give you any information
 Your baggage tag
